Jean-Claude’s program
In this workshop we will practice a wide range of Wunda Chair exercises from basic, intermediate, to advanced levels.
We will also look at how principles of placement, range of motion, balance, shape and articulation relate.
Lunch Break
This workshop will focus on how to teach proper shoulder placement and connecting the arms to the back. We will be using a variety of Pilates apparatus to address this topic.

This workshop offers a unique approach in teaching Pilates by focusing on tactile cues. By learning efficient use of hand placement we can maximize our students understanding within the Pilates System and deepen their workout.
Lunch Break
This workshop will focus on using rhythm and dynamics to challenge your Pilates practice on the Mat. There is undeniable excitement and uplifting energy when “Rhythm and Dynamics” are incorporated. This will be a playful approach to keep your body trim and mind sharp.

Conditions, cancellation and refund request
TECNOSTUDIO srl, owner of the TECNOPILATES brand together with STUDIO PILATES LODI srls, organizers of the event “Classical Pilates on the River 2026”, reserve the right to confirm the scheduled date for the workshop by (and no later than) January 27, 2026.
If the number of registrations is insufficient to confirm the programming of the event, the workshop will be canceled and all registration fees received will be refunded in full, without any penalty or deductible.
Those who have booked the workshop but need to cancel their registration may request the cancellation of the booking and the consequent refund of the registration fee paid according to the following methods:
- Request for cancellation of registration received by January 20, 2026: the registration fee will be refunded in full, less a deductible of € 100.00 for secretarial expenses in addition to the PayPal commission amount (in the case of purchases made via online payment).
- Request for cancellation of registration received by January 26, 2026: the registration fee will be refunded for 50%, less a deductible of € 100.00 for secretarial expenses in addition to the PayPal commission amount (in the case of purchases made via online payment).
- Request for cancellation of registration received after January 26, 2026 – no refund of the registration fee paid will be provided.
If, for reasons related to extraordinary events or emergencies launched by the Public Security Authorities, limiting the possibility of carrying out the workshop, the event will be cancelled and the entire registration fee may be refunded less a deductible of € 100.00 for secretarial expenses in addition to the PayPal commission amount (in the case of purchases made via online payment).
