Matwork “Rhythm and Dynamics a powerful tool”
This master class will focus on using rhythm and dynamics to challenge your Pilates practice on the Mat. There is undeniable excitement and uplifting energy when “Rhythm and Dynamics” are incorporated. This will be a playful approach to keep your body trim and mind sharp.
“Precision on the Chair”
In this workshop we will practice a wide range of Wunda Chair exercises from basic, intermediate, to advanced levels. We will also look at how principles of placement, range of motion, balance, shape and articulation relate.
“Working with Imbalances”
Muscle and skeletal imbalances leading to postural dysfunction are very common problems. Jean Claude will look at how to address the body to correct movement patterns on various Pilates apparatus.

Matwork “Standing Pilates”
In this master class we will work on a series of Classical Pilates exercises in the upright standing position. We will focus on working on proprioception, balance and control.
“Barrel Freestyle”
We will be using various barrels to see how we can free up and open the spine via articulations. Barrel workouts are fun and very efficient in treating thigh hips and shoulders.
“The Ring of Fire”
Feel the burning connection to your powerhouse with every move you make. Introducing the Magic Circle to your mat workout does not only increase the intensity but also builds up a stronger connectivity of the entire body

Conditions, cancellation and refund request
- Request for cancellation of enrollment received by 30th August 2024: the enrollment fee will be refunded in full, less a deductible of € 100.00 for administrative expenses in addition to the PayPal commission amount (in case of a purchase made via online payment).
- Request for cancellation received by 04th September 2024: 50% of the subscription fee will be refunded, less a deductible of € 100.00 for secretarial expenses in addition to the PayPal commission amount (in case of purchase made by online payment).
- Request for cancellation of enrollment received after 04th September 2024 – no refund of any enrollment fee paid is foreseen.
- If, for reasons related to the COVID 19 Pandemic, emergency regulations limiting the possibility of carrying out the workshop should be launched by the Public Safety Authorities, the event will be canceled and the entire registration fee may be refunded less a deductible equal to to € 100.00 for secretarial expenses in addition to the PayPal commission amount (in case of purchase made by online payment).
