MORNING MATWORK “Flow and Glow”
Gloria will guide you in a Flowing Full MAT workout to start the day with a boost of energy, connection, feelings… to get into your body and the work feeling the rhythm and the flow as essential elements of the work… after the class… you will glow from inside out, connected, happy and very ready!!
HANDS AND FEET: YOUR ROOTS, YOUR BRANCHES
One of the goals of magical Joe’s work is to give back to the body the ability to move as a unit, with all its part working in perfect synergy and balance. Big part and little ones have the same importance. In this workshop Gloria will help you to understand the role of your hands and feet in Pilates exercises: how you can work them with specific apparatus as well as in the entire system, how they can help you to connect to your back and stomach and why and when choose different options for their use and positions.
You will feel and understand how to connect your center to your extremities and make your body stronger and longer.
Equipment: Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Foot corrector, Toe corrector, Finger apparatus, Sand bag…all studio!

PUSH, PULL, REACH, DEEP!
Get ready to feel your body longer, stretched, stronger, thanks to the “PUSHES AND PULLS”! This expression refers to the specific contact techniques that Joe and Clara invented to deepen the stretch and the connection of the center of the exercises!
Join Gloria in this workshop to explore this feeling in your own body and understand how to use these techniques for your clients!

MORNING MATWORK “Mat with Pole”
Mat with pole— Gloria will guide you in this class, going through the original order of the Mat, using a pole as tool to deepen the connections and the understanding of many exercises, challenging and stimulating your work, strength and attention.

In this workshop Gloria will help you to understand the criteria to build up a safe and effective lesson for you and for your clients.

Condizioni, annullamento iscrizione e richiesta di rimborso
TecnoStudio srl, titolare del marchio TecnoPilates insieme con Manuela Marianera, titolare del marchio Ispiration Pilates organizzatori dell’evento “Inspiration Pilates Workshop 2026 con Gloria Gasperi”, si riservano di confermare la data programmata per il workshop entro (e non oltre) il giorno 11 Marzo 2026.
Qualora il numero di iscrizioni risultasse inadeguato a confermare la programmazione dell’evento, il workshop sarà annullato e tutte le quote di iscrizione ricevute verranno restituite integralmente, senza alcuna penale o franchigia. Coloro che avessero effettuato la prenotazione del workshop, ma che avessero necessità di annullare l’iscrizione potranno richiedere l’annullamento della prenotazione e la conseguente restituzione della quota di iscrizione corrisposta secondo le seguenti modalità:
- Richiesta di annullamento dell’iscrizione pervenuta entro il giorno 06 Marzo 2026: la quota di iscrizione verrà rimborsata integralmente, a meno di una franchigia pari a € 100,00 per spese di segreteria oltre all’importo di commissione PayPal (nel caso di acquisto effettuato tramite pagamento online).
- Richiesta di annullamento dell’iscrizione pervenuta entro il giorno 10 Marzo 2024: la quota di iscrizione verrà rimborsata per il 50%, a meno di una franchigia pari a € 100,00 per spese di segreteria oltre all’importo di commissione PayPal (nel caso di acquisto effettuato tramite pagamento online).
- Richiesta di annullamento dell’iscrizione pervenuta successivamente il 10 Marzo 2026 – non è previsto alcun rimborso della quota di iscrizione eventualmente corrisposta.
Qualora, per ragioni correlate a eventi naturali o Pandemia COVID 19, le Autorità di pubblica sicurezza dovessero varare normative di emergenza limitanti la possibilità di effettuare il workshop, l’evento sarà annullato e l’intera quota di iscrizione potrà essere rimborsata a meno di una franchigia pari a € 100,00 per spese di segreteria oltre all’importo di commissione PayPal (nel caso di acquisto effettuato tramite pagamento online).
