Wunda Chair/High Chair – The Wunda Chair is often said to be the most challenging apparatus to teach.
This workshop will review some of the most commonly taught exercises on the Hi Chair and the Wunda Chair addressing different bodies in motion and how they may need to adjust.
In addition, you will learn the best place to spot your student so you know the work is being initiated and driven from the correct area. Your hands are critical in getting your students to work harder!
Teaching a Wunda Chair Class – Classes are becoming more and more popular in the pilates community.
This workshop will teach you how to teach a Wunda Chair Class and introduce it into your studio either in a duet, or a larger class.
MeJo will go through a Beginner, Intermediate, and an Advanced Wunda Chair class. Get ready to workout, learn some new variations, and maintain seamless transitions on your Wunda Chair.

Teaching a Tower Class – Tower classes have become the new Mat class! As we know, Joe Pilates never taught Tower Classes as we see today, so how can we keep it Classical?
This 3 hour Workshop will take you through 3 different Tower Classes. Get ready to workout as you learn how to keep your class Classical yet still have fun with interesting new ways of using the Tower.
Two Intermediate classes and an Advanced Class will be taught.
The Arm Chair – The Arm Chair was the most underutilized apparatus at Romana’s studio. In 2000 MeJo suffered a severe whiplash injury
and it was then that Romana very generously taught MeJo a full series of exercises on the Arm Chair to help strengthen her upper back/shoulders and neck to help her rehabilitate.
After that, Romana and MeJo continued to play on the Arm Chair which has made MeJo sought after to pass on this important information to other teachers.
MeJo has since produced the first DVD explaining the Arm Chair and it’s exercises, and has taught hundreds of workshops around the world, introducing this apparatus to teachers for the first time.
This workshop will cover all of the exercises that Romana taught MeJo on the Arm Chair.

Conditions, cancellation and refund request
TecnoStudio srl, owner of the TecnoPilates brand together with Alessandra Pelonara, owner of the STUDIO PILATES4U, organizers of the “Rome Pilates Workshop 2024 with MeJo Wiggin, 1-2-3 November 2024” event, reserve the right to confirm the scheduled date for the workshop by (and no later than) 02th October 2024 .
If the number of registrations proves inadequate to confirm the planning of the event, the workshop will be canceled and all registration fees received will be returned in full, without any penalty or deductible. Those who have booked the workshop, but who need to cancel their registration, can request the cancellation of the booking and the consequent return of the registration fee paid according to the following methods:
- Request for cancellation of enrollment received by 25th September 2024: the enrollment fee will be refunded in full, less a deductible of € 100.00 for administrative expenses in addition to the PayPal commission amount (in case of a purchase made via online payment).
- Request for cancellation received by 01th October 2024: 50% of the subscription fee will be refunded, less a deductible of € 100.00 for secretarial expenses in addition to the PayPal commission amount (in case of purchase made by online payment).
- Request for cancellation of enrollment received after 01th October 2024 – no refund of any enrollment fee paid is foreseen.
If, for reasons related to the COVID 19 Pandemic, emergency regulations limiting the possibility of carrying out the workshop should be launched by the Public Safety Authorities, the event will be canceled and the entire registration fee may be refunded less a deductible equal to to € 100.00 for secretarial expenses in addition to the PayPal commission amount (in case of purchase made by online payment).
